Returns & Refund Policy

At Al Nisa Collection, we want you to love your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes a product might not fit or look exactly how you imagined. We offer a simple and transparent return policy to ensure a hassle-free shopping experience.

1. Return Window

You can raise a return or exchange request within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests made after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Tags: All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
  • Proof: You must provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase (Order ID).

Note: Returns are not accepted for:

  • Products bought during a “Clearance Sale.”
  • Products that have been altered or stitched.
  • Damages caused by misuse or improper washing.

3. Mandatory: Parcel Opening Video

To ensure fairness for both parties, we request customers to record a video while opening the parcel.

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, this video will act as proof.
  • Without an opening video, claims for “Missing Item” or “Damaged Item” may not be accepted.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: WhatsApp us at +91-9967238333 or email support@alnisacollections.com within 7 days.
  2. Provide Details: Send us your Order ID and 2-3 photos of the product (with tags visible).
  3. Pickup/Self-Ship:
    • We will try to arrange a reverse pickup from your location.
    • If our courier partner does not service your pincode for reverse pickup, you may be asked to self-ship the product to our Mumbai warehouse. (We will reimburse shipping charges up to ₹100 in this case).

5. Refund Policy

Once we receive your return and inspect the quality, we will notify you via email/WhatsApp.

  • Prepaid Orders: The amount will be refunded to your original payment source (Credit Card, UPI, etc.) within 3-5 business days.
  • COD Orders: Since we cannot refund cash, we will transfer the amount to your Bank Account or UPI ID. You will need to provide these details when your return is approved.
  • Shipping Charges: Forward shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges

If you need a different size, please follow the return process. Once we receive your item, we will ship the new size to you free of cost. (Subject to stock availability).
